Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unused Gozney products in their original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components and manuals are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your box before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
